TPR consults on a new single code of practice

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) is introducing a new single code of practice (COP) to replace the existing 15 codes.

This will be done in two phases. Phase 1 will replace 10 COPs and comprises 51 modules and Phase 2 will comprise the remaining five.
