Unified Patent Court to start on 1 June 2023 as Germany ratifies

Eagle-eyed users of the official UPC website will have noticed this ground-breaking development posted today. The new court system will start on 1 June 2023.

The start of the sunrise system will be1 March 2023, as stated also on the official UPC website.
